RamaX Screen

Use us to screen your libraries

Rapidly identify successful binders within your designed libraries, even for the hardest cases.

Upload a csv of sequences; RamaX returns binders and measured affinities for top hits.

RamaX Discovery

Discover new binders with naive libraries and AI

Rapid binder discovery against your target(s) of interest with unprecedented speeds.

Leverage Diffuse AI models for VHH, scFv, or minibinder design, or use a naive VHH or scFv library.

Want to get started generating AI binders? Get started for free with DiffuseSandbox for small-scale design or get on the waitlist for our API for large-scale jobs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Getting Started

Which offering is best for my use case, RamaX Screen or RamaX Discovery?

Choose RamaX Screen if you already have binder sequences you want to test. For discovery of new binders against a target of interest, choose RamaX Discovery.

Can I screen binder designs generated with other protein design platforms?

Yes, we can screen binder libraries generated from any design platform. We encourage users to try our DSG models!

I'm ready to get started, what should I do?

Submit your request here, and we'll get back to you with a quote. If you have additional questions or would like to discuss your project further, you can also book a meeting with us.

Technical

What sets RamaX apart from other binder screening technologies?

RamaX is extremely fast and sensitive, while allowing for much larger library diversity compared to yeast display or phage panning approaches.

How many constructs and antigens can be screened in parallel?

RamaX can screen libraries with massive diversity, up to trillions of molecules. We can screen these libraries against up to 100 antigens in parallel.

Can you handle challenging targets such as membrane proteins?

Yes. We welcome collaborations on challenging targets.

How does pricing work?

The cost to screen depends on binder modality, target antigen, and number of targets. Submit our intake form to get a precise quote for your project.

Data Security and IP

How is my data used for the RamaX data sharing option?

For data-sharing projects, data is used to train and improve Diffuse AI protein design models. For both data-sharing and data-siloed projects, your data including target information is not shared with any other party.

How do you handle intellectual property (IP), including freedom to operate and sequence exclusivity, for platform outputs?

All outputs are governed by a first-to-file framework. We track generated sequences internally and ensure that the same sequence is not shared with multiple parties.
